Cornucopia - A Bounty of Artistic Delights
Ron de Boer has dug into the Gallery de Boer vaults to bring out items from the Gallery Collection for Cornucopia: A Bounty of Artistic Delights. There are over 300 diverse works on display including 30 new pieces that have never been shown.
There is a little bit of everything from Trisha Romance to to Carl Beam to Robert Bateman. A new is guest artist Ingrid Hunt. Ingrid is am acclaimed miniature specialist and Ron de Boer is pleased to add her unique work to the gallery.
Hung "Salon Style" - floor to ceiling - Cornucopia - A Bounty of Artistic Delights offers hundreds of artworks for viewing. From contemporary to traditional - abstract to realism, there is something for every taste.
Look at the watercolours by Amish artist Paul Murray. His charming depictions of rual life will draw you into his work.
For the hockey fan, there's Classic Confrontation which includes autographs from some of the NHLs best players.
Wentworth Fulkins is renouned for his train stations from around Ontario. Prints of these detailed scenes will please any rail road buff.
Richard McNaughton is Gallery de Boer's framer and a fine artist in his own right. Cornucopia features four originals and four prints of Richard's farm scenes.
Dutch artist Theodore Van Hoytema painted around the turn of the century (that's the last century). A client of Gallery de Boer brought in the Van Hoytema for restoration. This lovely painting is now for sale and on exhibition in the main gallery.
We have a lovely pastoral scene by Massie artist Sybilann Benitz. Sybilann grew up in southwest England where she studied art at London University.
